Search Profile: Converted period farm building or barn in a quiet location with the capacity to securely house 25 vehicles.
My client is a premium car collector, looking to relocate his business from Central London. Ideally to be situated in a quiet, private position.
For this bespoke project it was necessary to utilise my full range of professional and personal contacts. I scoured both open and off-market opportunities on residential and commercial platforms, including private landed estates and farms. Following an extensive search, initially desktop but ultimately door knocking, I unearthed 6 individual off-market prospects for my client’s consideration.
A unique off-market opportunity was chosen by my client, providing for all requirements and more. Terms have been agreed, subject to contract.
"It was such an enjoyable week of viewings...even with the silly masks it was made fun. Michael you have a very wicked sense of humour that I found just delightful. This was all a very pleasant unexpected addition on top of your professionalism, guidance and knowledge. Thank you so much for everything and making the process so very easy and enjoyable. You and Helen will definitely be invited as our first dinner guests!".

He listened carefully to us and immersed himself in what we needed. He has wisdom, experience and great connections. We cannot recommend him highly enough".
